IT WAS ALL GOOD JUST A YEAR AGO LIL WAYNE AND BIRDMAN LAWSUIT

An interesting thing we saw the other day while reading over the worlds richest some of the names we saw were common but some where not.

BIRDMAN WORTH ESTIMATED 170  MILLION !!!! If he did not insist on  sharing his wealth with his brother slim.  

In recent months ".Birdman "and  Multi -Platinum rapper "Lil Wayne" are not seeing eye to eye about releases not to mention" Lil Wayne" wants out of his deal. 

Just wanted to acknowledged  the fact Cash Money Millionares did make history and opened the door for rapper singers and future label owners to come. The things that have been said on pop culture news about Lil Wayne wanting out of his deal and not being offered the ability to dissolve the contract  and move on ?

Does Weezy need Cash Money will he be like Dr. Dre (550Million)walking away from Bird man to forge his own path Drake Nicki and Wayne could build their own Empire with out Birdman.

In Febuary "2015 " a lawsuit with a reported  51  million filed by Lil Wayne opened the shady door to more than just wanting to get out of contract. The basics of how it went wrong 

• Birdman owns 51% while Lil Wayne owns 49% 

Our suspicion is the accountant must have either known or was provided with cooked statements to make it appear as if he was being paid the correct amount Weezy seems to be smart guy beyond his having " Birdman" every week statement he seems to own his jail time and doesn't make rehearsed comments he speaks from his heart and even he isn't scared to demand what is rightfully his.

Receipts in regards to Drake the best selling recording artist in recent years has not paid royalties for recordings ??? 

To top it all off this was all created and done under Young Money exclusively promoted solely.

Again we want to take a moment to give all the credit to Lil Wayne for creating a powerhouse label with eclectic artists whom we feel motivate and inspire many artists to create unique music.

with her original music only proving dreams do come true regardless of her
rumors she always walks in with confidence and strength

With that being noted we want to also alert artists, its not always great to mix business with pleasure we feel like Wayne trusted "Birdman "because he was a father figure, Nicki Minaj broke down crying talking about Lil Wayne its probably because they where a family and this is the person who discovered her and made her dreams come true. We believe that this is also the same way Wayne felt being provided his own label and staying the course with Birdman there is a history between them. 

Copyrights where not filed under the Young Money/ Cash money joint label. It leaves  us in shock  when we discovered this was also another alleged failure of Cash Money Records/ Young Money.

If your in business as a team Like Weezy and Birdman then you may have to agree on artists and creative control like album release dates and signing new artists. Yet another failure to reconcile differences in orderly fashion in our opinion if all this is true then Wayne had no choice.

In businesses they invoice like royalties that are paid are filtered into the artist/publisher label owners accounts just like your paycheck you get weekly biweekly this accounted for by receipts for a label and this leads us to our next area of concern since 2012 there was an incident with Drakes recordings and providing proof of statements where not provided.

Baby was apart of the Cash Money Millionaires along with Lil Wayne 

at the time it was okay for Lil Wayne being so young and not having a father figure Baby came and assumed the role of Wayne's father. As time progressed things starting changing as the label disbanded and Slim and Baby brothers by blood created a new subsidiary. 

It happens all the time no matter if your independent or major or not an artist is the cash cow

Lil Wayne was signed to Cash money at 14 years old! When we saw that he was not worth as much as Baby it made our jaws drop. Think about how long its been since he has written a single song ... If you watched the show empire its just like Barrett i and Luscious Lyon played by Terrance Howard.  





We hope they go independent if this proves to be what really happened  Weezy should walk it out !
